Terms & Condiitons of Booking

Bookings are not confirmed until an agreed deposit (usually 65) has been received and a Booking Form (available online) has been completed.There is no charge for transfering the date of a booking, subject to availability.Deposits can be made online or by cheque.

CBD Requires the balance to be paid in cash on arrival at the function. If the DJ is required to play beyond that of the contracted hours, the fee for such overtime will be agreed between the DJ and you the client. This is subject to conditions of the venue and is at the DJs discretionIn the event of a client wishing to cancel an event for any reason, the booking fee is non-refundable.

Should uncontrollable circumstances dictate we need to do so, we reserve the right to substitute an alternative Disco. In the event of such an incident, you the client will be informed prior to any such action.SO Entertainment will always conduct themselves in a manner befitting to the engagement, and will always respond to the clients requests with regards to music volume, music choice, equipment location and any other reasonable requests throughout the event.It is your responsibility (the client) to ensure that the audience and everyone other than the CBDt team conducts themselves is a proper manner. Under no circumstances will CBD be held responsible for any actions or damage caused by those attending the event.

CBD will often take photographs and video footage for promotional purposes. If you object to this, please let us know prior to the function.We do not tolerate violent, aggressive or abusive behaviour from anyone under and circumstances. In the unlikely event of any actual or threatened abuse or behaviour, the DJ may has the right to turn the music off and refuse to play on. In such circumstances, the full fee is still payable along with monies for any damages / loss of equipment.The client is responsible for any damage to equipment or vehicles caused from anyone under and circumstances.It is the sole responsibility of the client to ensure that the venue complies with Health & Safety laws, and holds necessary certification.Licenses for the performance of recorded music are only required in PUBLIC events. In most cases private parties, such as weddings, birthday parties etc which are invitation only do not require a license.It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that he venue has the correct licenses with regards to music and liquor. We are not responsible if the venue is found to be in breach of the terms of their license. The client is responsible for providing adequate supervision and safety of their guests at all times. A responsible adult should supervise children at all times.The client will ensure there is adequate provision of electrical power within 5mts of the set-up point. We require a minimum of 2 x 13amp wall sockets close to the working position.It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the electrical source is correct and safe. Our DJ will not connect to any electrical source that they consider to be unsafe.Only staff employed by us may operate our equipment. Under no circumstances may any unauthorised personnel tamper, move or attempt to use equipment owned by CBD
